SAMPLE - 3 DAY ITINERARY
DAY 1
Morning - South Gate of Angkor Thom , Central Ankgor Thom (Bayon , Phimean Akas , Terrace of Elephant , Terrace of Leper King).
Noon - Break for lunch in a local restaurant with enjoying some real Khmer food and explore the local market or sourvenir shops in Siem Reap .
Afternoon - Visit the Ta Prohm known as the "Jungle Temple," and Angkor Wat.
Evening - Traditional Apsara Dance Performance and dinner buffet in the evening.
DAY 2
Morning - On the start of the second day you will have a pleasant drive from Siem Reap town to the most intricately carved temple, Banteay Srei (37 km). On the way back from Banteay Srei you will have a chance to see other places of interest such as the Mine Museum, experience a journey through beautiful local countryside, see traditional Khmer houses, and take photographs of two temples named East Mebon and Pre Rup.
Afternoon - After local restaurant boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake, you will see the fascinating floating village and visit the Artisans D' Angkor which provides training to young Cambodians in an effort to revive the ancient Khmer traditions of stone-carving and wood sculpting.
DAY 3
Morning - On the morning of the third day you will leave from your hotel to see the "Grand Tour Circuit (Preah Khan , Neak Pean , Ta Som and Sras Srang Terrace)."
Afternoon - After lunch in a local restaurant, you will be transported to the Meang Mealea jungle temple ruins (72 km) from town. Beng Mealea's origins are still shrouded in mystery it is possibly the living template for Angkor Wat. It offers incredible beauty and adventure away from the large crowds. A $5 Beng Mealea Pass is required.
